This blog is dedicated to the history of changes in the emblems of football clubs in European countries that played in the major leagues, starting from the 1954-1955 season   (for countries that held championships according to the "Spring - Autumn" system - this is the 1954 season) . This season was chosen as the initial one, since it was based on its results that the participants in the first European Champions Cup were formed.  Championships of countries that joined UEFA after 1954 are published from the season in which this occurred, or from the season in which clubs from such countries started in Eurocups - whichever occurred first. The emblems have been found from a huge number of different sources (programs, badges, official sites, photographs of T-shirts, collections, Panini albums).
